TG Suraksha Project

BeFORE- Transgender Sureksha is a funded project by Kerala State Aids Control Society (KSACS) which focuses on Sexual Minorities especially Transgenders. The project is set to prevent and control the spread of HIV/AIDS among them and preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS through high risk groups to bridge population and general community. The Project is aimed at behavioral modification among target community, from unsafe sexual practices and injecting practices.

BeFORE-Suraksha Project started its functioning from 15 April 2021 at Thrissur. Various activities are being taken place in collaboration with government departments, private organizations and individual for the upliftment of the TG community in Thrissur. The total population of TG under this project is 502.
